A Dry Basement is a Happy Basement

The basement walls have been poured and the waterproofing system put in place.  Now we wait for a week or so for the walls to cure before they are backfilled.

The black sealant is a product by Watchdog

Equipment is ready to backfill when the walls are cured

Tile and stone will collect the water and take it away from the basement walls


A yellow inspection tag is like a "green light" in the construction business

Dig It!

The basement has been dug, the footings for the foundation has been poured and the forms for the basement walls have been dropped on site.

Lot is staked and ready to go!

After the best position for the home on the lot has been determined, the engineers survey and stake the corners, perimeter of the home to insure that the foundation is in the exact location.



The sand has already been dropped to backfill the water/sewer trench

This will make a beautiful back yard
